Razor has a low base damage and a low agility gain, but Falcon Blade provides damage to help with last-hitting and mana regeneration of 1.8. You can spam the first ability more frequently.

In Dota 2, there are many neutral creep spawns that are closely located, allowing you to farm two spots with a single Plasma Field. To farm gold efficiently, we need mana regeneration, which Falcon Blade helps us restore.
