ESL updates ESL One Germany 2020 broadcasting rules for third-party streamers

ESL One organizers have updated the list of requirements for third-party streamers who are going to cover the matches of the main stage of ESL One Germany 2020 in Dota 2. For the tournament, independent streamers will have to increase the delay and add a message to the chat asking viewers to go to the official tournament channel.
Full list of rules:
- Community streams are strictly Non-commercial;
- Community streams are based exclusively on DotaTV and content you have originally created or licensed as stated by Valve;
- Community streams need to have a delay of 15 minutes on top of DotaTV;
- Community streams need to add an automated chat message or graphic asset twice every hour saying: «If you want to follow the official broadcast go to ESL_Dota2»;
- Stream title has to start with: «ESL One Germany 2020 team A vs team B»;
- Community streamers need to sign up for the event through a Google Form.
On September 15, the new rules for broadcasting Dota 2 tournaments for independent streamers came into force, in which Valve obliges streamers to comply with the requirements of tournament operators.
ESL One Germany 2020 will take held online from October 5 to November 1, where 16 teams from Europe and CIS will compete for a prize pool of $400,000.
