Yaroslav ‘NS’ Kuznetsov has come out and stated that ESL might give the NAVI Junior team their spot back at ESL One Raleigh, just to prevent the backlash for not punishing Team Spirit and Tundra Esports for exploiting the bug.

This thought was shared by the streamer and ex esports player over his telegram channel.

“Almost with a 100% guarantee, I can say this is not the initial two new instances listed above, as these were easily discovered. This implies that half the teams were unqualified, and yes, I do believe decisions have to be made to all these teams, otherwise it raises a lot more questions"

We will be keeping track about what happens in the future. My predictions are that ESL will reverse their decision regardlessly and give Na’Vi’s position back. I do believe the bug will be fixed before all the upcoming tournaments," Kuznetsov stated in an interview.

The streamer expects ESL to offer some sort of amnesty to all rule offenders during this period, although they will still caution that a single instance of bug abuse in the future could result in a team being disqualified.

Earlier, Denis "Larl" Sigitov was caught abusing the bug in an official Dota 2 match.
