Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov said that the defeat at The International 2024 was the most difficult and frustrating in his career as a pro player.

The cyber athlete said this during the KD ALL IN podcast on YouTube.

“At The International 2024 is the most frustrating defeat in the last few years. It's been very frustrating. Two years in a row. Well, emotionally speaking, realistically the last Int is nothing to beat. He was very emotional after the defeat. But I was lucky. Eugenia took all the sad emotions in stride. She cried more than I did. And I had fun. There were a lot of defeats last year. I have already somehow more or less started to relate to them. But Int was really frustrating”

Dyrachyo admitted that his second consecutive defeat at the Dota 2 World Championship with Gaimin Gladiators was the most painful for him. However, the pro-player noted that he was helped to cope with emotions by Evgeniya “sony9sha” Elizarova, who was genuinely worried about him.

Over time, according to Dyrachyo, he became calmer to failures on the pro scene, but it was the second place at The International 2024 was the most difficult for him emotionally.
