Dyrachyo commented on Gaimin Gladiators' refusal to participate in TI14

Anton “dyrachyo” Shkredov was indifferent to Gaimin Gladiators' refusal to participate in The International 2025 Dota 2 tournament, as he is confident that his former teammates would not have been able to achieve a decent result.

The player made this statement on Twitch.

“Yes, I don't care. They probably wouldn't have won anything there anyway. Let's be honest.”

Nevertheless, the player considers the situation surrounding the team to be quite unusual, calling it the only precedent in Dota 2 history when an organization refused the opportunity to play at The International so close to the start of the tournament. The esports player also expressed his incomprehension of the organization's decision to exclude Ask “cy-” Larsen, who was the team's coach.

"But in general, actually, regarding Gaimin Gladiators, it's tough. It's just stupid, that's all I can say. Well, really, there's a week left before The International, there were all kinds of rumors, Cy was kicked out — I don't understand this joke. And most importantly, for what? But it's funny, funny. Nothing like this has ever happened before. People just won't play, and that's it. It's crazy, it's nuts."

Earlier, Quinn Callahan expressed the position of the players whom the organization accused of refusing to play in the tournament under the Gaimin Gladiators tag.
