Statistics have shown that Valve most often releases patches for Dota 2 on Thursdays or Tuesdays, depending on the significance of the update.
This infographic was shared by a Reddit user.

The user claims to have analyzed the release dates of Dota 2 patches and created a schedule based on this data. As seen, alphabetical patches, which mostly involve gameplay changes without introducing new content, were more frequently released on Thursdays. On the other hand, numerical patches, which likely include the Crownfall update (7.36), were more often released on Sundays by Valve.
Based on this data, there is a possibility that the major patch with the new hero Ring Master could be released on March 17. If this doesn't happen, there is still a chance for the update to come out on March 21 or 24, corresponding to those days of the week.
It's worth noting that there haven't been significant updates in Dota 2 since December 2023. However, information has emerged about the upcoming "Crownfall" update, also known as patch 7.36 (or 7.35d). The update was announced on February 9, but a specific release date has not been provided.
