Valve surprised the community again by releasing patch 7.39c right in the middle of the PGL Wallachia Season 5 tournament, which has already significantly changed the effect of heroes, forming a new Dota 2 meta.
This is evidenced by the statistics of the portal Dotabuff.
Lycan became the best hero in terms of winrate growth - his efficiency jumped by almost 4%, and now he wins 52.56% of matches. This jump happened in just a few hours after the patch was released and continues to grow.

The leader of the new Dota 2 meta is
Pugna: thanks to a 3.52% increase in winrate, his overall win rate has risen to 53.26%, making him extremely popular in the publishers.
Ringmaster, who previously lost more than half of his matches and now boasts a winrate of 50.20%, has also returned to the top list.
Also breaking into the top heroes list is
Pangolier. Despite being weakened in patch 7.39c, his position has strengthened considerably.
Earth Spirit has also become a good choice for Dota 2 matchmaking, now winning more than half of the matches, and his winrate continues to grow.
Earlier, pro players created a new Dota 2 meta - a build that allows you to demolish towers already at the beginning of the match.
