New Dota 2 meta of patch 7.37c: best heroes

The new Patch 7.37c for Dota 2 has drastically reshaped the current meta and transformed the game's matchmaking. Many heroes have been nerfed, but new leaders have emerged, quickly climbing to the top of the effectiveness rankings in matches.
According to statistics from DotaBuff, several heroes have managed to shape the new Dota 2 meta within just a few hours.
The hero with the greatest win rate increase is
Doom, who gained nearly 4% effectiveness in matches. Right behind him is
Dawnbreaker, who received only minimal buffs but still managed to secure the second spot among the best heroes.

In the previous patch,
Phantom Lancer was significantly weakened, but he has finally started to regain his position in Dota 2's matchmaking. Additionally, Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk's signature hero,
Morphling, has made a comeback in the meta, showing a steady increase in win rate.
Rounding out the top five is
Beastmaster, who did not receive any buffs in Patch 7.37c but managed to break into the new Dota 2 meta thanks to item and stat balancing.
