Daxak commented on Virtus.pro's unexpected failure

Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin noted the failure of Virtus.pro's roster in the Play-In stage of the FISSURE Universe: Episode 5 tournament after a successful start, but added that even in the group stage the team did not play their best game, and the result of the roster was caused by the low level of competition.

The player made a statement to this effect on Telegram.

"We started with a good health and ended with a good night's rest. To be honest, even in the group stage we played badly. Just a small level at this qualification."

The player stated that the team will draw conclusions and try to correct their mistakes, and also thanked Alik “V-Tune” Sparrow for helping the Virtus.pro roster during the tournament.

"Conclusions have been made. We know our mistakes, we'll try to fix them. Whether we can or not, we'll find out at the next qualifiers and tournaments. Thanks to Alik V-Tune for the replacement. It was a good move."

Virtus.pro not only had the best result in the group stage, beating all of their opponents, but also managed to win the first match of the top set of playoffs. However, the team lost two decisive series against Shopify Rebellion and AVULUS for slots in the main tournament FISSURE Universe: Episode 5.
