Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov stated that he is considering ending his career in professional Counter-Strike 2.
The player made this announcement on YouTube.
“I’ve been thinking that I could wrap up my career, because there’s streaming and community casts. That is, if things work out in those areas. That’s what I enjoy doing right now: talking about things on stream, sharing my experience, and so on. Sometimes I think about wanting to come back, but you just realize how much effort and time that would take. Right now, I’m at a point where I’m thinking about what to do next.”
According to a statement by Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov, the esports player sees himself as a streamer or commentator for CS2 events in the future, as he realizes that such activities bring him joy. Nevertheless, the player also admitted that he sometimes feels the desire to return to a team, but that would require a lot of time and effort.
As a reminder, Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov previously reflected on Danil “donk” Kryshkovets’ prospects on the pro scene this year.
