Sébastien "Ceb" Debs revealed that former team member Tommy "Taiga" Le had gambling issues, leading the team to thoroughly investigate the situation regarding the 322 scandal involving the esports player. However, internal investigations found no signs of the player being involved in match-fixing.
The corresponding statement was made by the
OG's captain in an exclusive interview on the Morf YouTube channel.
"At some point during the season, we learned about Taiga's gambling addiction. It became clear he had betting problems. This greatly concerned us. Did Taiga bet on Dota 2 and
OG? Or even against our team? So, we immediately began an internal investigation. We needed to ensure Taiga was the only one involved. After that, we started the investigation regarding him. He didn't know about it himself. We talked to organizers, Valve, everyone. We told them everything we knew. We hired investigators to get to the bottom of it.
OG then suspended Taiga, put him on the bench, and took a replacement. We awaited the results of the investigation. In the end, everything indicated that Taiga didn't bet on Dota 2. We shared the results with organizations and Valve. We got the green light. Everything was fine."
However,
OG's captain added that the entire situation severely damaged the reputation of the team and the atmosphere within the lineup. Moreover, the scandal negatively impacted the mental state and form of the accused, leading the team to distance themselves from their former teammate. Sébastien "Ceb" Debs added that despite all the negativity surrounding the situation, he still considers Taiga a close friend who can always rely on
OG's support. Currently, the esports player is competing as part of Leviatán.

It's worth reminding that earlier Sébastien "Ceb" Debs commented on the current issues in Dota 2 and discussed the latest update to the game map.
