The captain of Team Spirit commented on the defeat by Gaimin Gladiators

Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov, captain of Team Spirit, stated that Gaimin Gladiators managed to defeat them on the first map due to their excellent strategy and game tempo.

The esports player shared this in a new video posted on Team Spirit Telegram channel.

"We played 1-1 with Gaimin Gladiators, parting amicably with dyrachyo. Overall, what can I say: on the first map, I think they had a very good draft, their ideal comfort. They played very well, kept up the tempo, and we just couldn’t come up with anything effective. They simply outplayed us with their strategy"

After that, Team Spirit changed their approach and on the second map began using Gaimin Gladiators strategy against them, which brought victory to the two-time world champions. As a result, the match ended in a draw.

"On the second map, we changed our approach a bit, picked less greedy heroes, more tempo-oriented ones, made slightly better bans, and in some sense, I would say, played their strategy, and this time they couldn’t do anything. But we managed, and that's it – 1:1"
