ATF revealed how he chooses heroes for Team Falcons' Dota 2 roster drafts

Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf said that he scrutinizes the drafts of different teams of the pro scene to understand the meta in as much detail as possible.

The player made a statement to this effect on Twitch.

“I've been checking all the drafts since OG regarding what's being taken now. I'm watching the draft with these Beastmaster and Bristleback. I want to figure everything out, make no mistakes. There shouldn't be anything I'm missing. And I tell my team, “Winning lines doesn't win the game. Winning draft picks wins the game."”

According to Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf, the player enjoys being in charge of the team's draft picks despite losing to Team Falcons in the first tournament when he took over those duties. The cyber athlete also noted that after his first attempt, the role of a draftee took over completely.

“I love to draft. I asked to draft at one tournament, and now all of a sudden I'm drafting for a team. I really enjoy it and I'm glad I was trusted with the draft. I lost my first tournament as a draft pick, but I don't care.”
