Ivan Moskalenko, also known as Pure~, stated that he is not harboring any hard feelings towards Ammar ATF al-Assaf. He did this after Ammar had made fun of him losing to
Team Falcons in the lower bracket finals of ESL One Birmingham 2024. The pro player says his opponent has since said sorry.
The comment was made by the
Tundra Esports carry during a private Twitch stream meant for his followers alone.
“Guys, I’m not breaking anyone’s faces,” said Pure~. “First and foremost, we are people who love peace. Secondly, he apologized to me personally. Said there was no ill intent.”
Tundra Esports ended up third at ESL One Birmingham 2024 following their defeat against
Team Falcons. At the end of the game — when it was clear who would win — Ammar Al-Assaf advised Ivan Moskalenko to quickly leave for home through all chat.
Earlier it became known that Pure~ had lost interest in ranked matchmaking.
