The player announced this on his personal Telegram channel.

“No, I’m not on Team Yandex.”

After Team Falcons withdrew from the Dota 2 pro scene, Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf became a free agent. Currently, the community is discussing several possible paths for the player’s future career. The esports player will likely continue his career with a new team, but it is currently unknown which team he will ultimately join.
