Arcane Boots have become stronger after the release of patch 7.35

After the release of patch 7.35 , Arcane Boots underwent changes, which many players considered a nerf and degradation of the artifact, but a professional player and streamer assured the opposite.

Arcane Boots changes

• Recipe changed. Now requires Boots of Speed (500), Ring of Basilius (425) and a 375g recipe. Total cost unchanged

• No longer provides +250 Mana

• Now also provides +0.75 Mana Regen

• Now has Basilius Aura: +1 Mana Regen to all allied units within 1200 radius

• No longer disassemblable at any time

On his live Twitch stream, Vladislav 'Petushara' Kozlovsky commented on the artifact changes and assured that it's not a nerf, but the opposite.

If you didn't get it, this is a buff to the Arcane Boots, not a nerf. In fact, a large mana pool in Dota doesn't give much, but 0.75 + 1 mana regen gives a lot, so Arcanes got a big buff.
