9Pandas RAMZES666

After The International 2023, only two players remained in the core roster of 9 Pandas: Roman 'RAMZES666' Kushnarev and Gleb 'kiyotaka' Zyryanov. During the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 qualifiers, the team welcomed new members: Alik 'V-Tune' Vorobey, Vladimir 'RodjER' Nikogosyan, and Andrey 'Afoninje' Afonin. This lineup immediately sparked a wave of mockery among analysts and Dota 2 fans.

Reactions can be seen on the Telegram page of Vladimir 'Maelstorm' Kuzminov.

"I believe that the Panda roster won't take off"

Similar opinions are shared by fans in the comments under the post. The decision to invite Afoninje to the team is particularly criticized.

Aldar 'Jamba' Dzhambinov, the manager of 9 Pandas, immediately began justifying that the new roster may still change. According to him, in the period after TI12, 'many players took a break and are resting'.

It's worth noting that Maelstorm previously stated that the club practically fell apart after being eliminated from The International 2023.

  • Alik 'V-Tune' Vorobey

  • Roman 'RAMZES666' Kushnarev

  • Gleb 'kiyotaka' Zyryanov

  • Vladimir 'RodjER' Nikogosyan

  • Andrey 'Afoninje' Afonin
