Nevertheles, the esports player criticized the developers for the lack of significant nerfs to a number of heroes in the 7.41b patch meta. According to Edgar “9Class” Naltakyan, the developers should have nerfed Rubick and Io in the new Dota 2 update so that these heroes wouldn’t disrupt the balance of power among heroes.
