According to the esports organization’s official announcement, the 1win Team Dota 2 roster was forced to make a substitution due to issues Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko faced while applying for a visa to travel to the venue of the PGL Wallachia Season 9 tournament. The player will likely return to the team after the championship.
