Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov stated that the decline in
1win Team’s performance may be due to the players growing tired of each other, which is creating tension within the team.
The player shared this opinion on YouTube.
“Maybe we’re tired of each other. Not on a personal level—we enjoy spending time together. But in the game, it’s a different story. You can’t be nice when someone makes a mistake. If you want to get better, you have to address the issue.
You can’t just say, ‘Oh, come on. Everything’s fine.’ That might be fine for a day or two, but if, tournament after tournament, people don’t understand what’s required of them to reach the level of other teams, things get complicated.”
According to a statement by Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov, teammates enjoy spending time together outside of the game, but during matches or practices, players often get annoyed by their teammates’ mistakes. The esports player believes it’s impossible to turn a blind eye to problems in teammates’ gameplay if the team wants to improve its results.
As a reminder, an insider report previously surfaced suggesting that Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko might leave the
1win Team’s Dota 2 roster.
