Team Liquid loses a player after being eliminated from The International 2023.

Ludwig "zai" Wahlberg, the offlaner for Team Liquid, is taking a break and pausing his career in Dota 2. He hinted that he might even retire from Dota 2 altogether.

He made this statement in a post-match interview published on the official Dota 2 YouTube channel.

"Blitz came up to me after the match with Gaimin Gladiators and said it's time for me to go after such a game on Centaur Warrunner (Tsunami laughs). I'll listen to him. It was probably my last World Championship. I plan to take a break and see how it goes. Not quite sure where it will lead me"

It is worth noting that Team Liquid lost to Gaimin Gladiators and were eliminated from the tournament, but zai is proud of what his team accomplished at TI12.
