Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk stated that there is currently a shortage of Tier-1 players in the carry position in the Dota 2 pro scene. Nevertheless, as one of the strongest opponents, Team Spirit's player highlighted LGD Gaming's participant, Guo "shiro" Xuanya.

Yatoro made this statement on Alexey "STORM" Tumanov's Twitch channel during a live stream.

Let me put it this way: there are a lot of carries who are really good, who can dominate on their heroes. There are plenty of Tier-2 carries, but there are almost none at Tier-1 level."
