Yatoro spoke about invitations from other teams

Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk stated that he seriously considered transferring to Tundra Esports during his vacation.

The player made this statement on YouTube.

"When I was inactive, Tundra reached out to me. They asked if I wanted to come back. If I was on vacation, they suggested waiting until I returned to play with a stand-in. They ofered good terms and a good team. Also, Liquid and BetBoom Team probably reached out—I don’t really remember. There weren’t that many offers; I often just turned them down, and that was it.

But Tundra caught my interest back then. I remember going to Corben and asking if they had a spot. If there wasn’t a spot, there’d be no deal. He said there was a spot. I was like, “Okay.” And that was it. I told Tundra I wouldn’t be playing for them.”

Acording to a statement by Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk, while the esports player was on vacation, Tundra Esports made him a very lucrative offer. The player stated that he was ready to accept it if Team Spirit hadn’t given him the opportunity to quickly return to the team. Yatoro also noted that he received invitations from a number of other Tier 1 teams, such as BetBoom Team and Team Liquid.

As a reminder, Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk previously spoke about the reasons behind Airat “Silent” Gaziev’s departure from Team Spirit.
