Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk will not return to
Team Spirit in the near future, even if he wants to, as there was a different agreement with him. Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov admitted that the champion may return to the pro scene, but with another team.
This acknowledgment came during a series of responses from the
Team Spirit manager to fans' questions on Twitch.
"When we discussed it, Yatoro cannot return to the roster right now. He promised and said otherwise. To be precise, he didn't promise, but he said something different, which is why the replacement was made. So if he were to say now, 'I’m coming back,' of course, I wouldn’t bring anyone back into the roster.
Let's say he wanted to return to Dota 2 – it's completely Ilya's right to come back, but not with Team Spirit"
According to Korb3n, the two-time world champion was replaced specifically because Yatoro himself mentioned that he did not intend to return to the roster anytime soon. Moreover, the manager clarified that the esports player would not be brought back even if he wanted to, as the agreement was different.
However, the manager specified that the player has every right to return to the Dota 2 pro scene at any time, but definitely not with
Team Spirit.
Yatoro has not yet commented on this statement or revealed details about the agreement with the club regarding his inactivity.
Earlier, the
Team Spirit manager did not rule out the possibility that Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov might leave the team.
