Yatoro earned $11,000 playing CS2 during a Dota 2 tournament: here’s how he did it

Ilya «Yatoro» Mulyarchuk, carry of Team Spirit, during the FISSURE Playground 2 tournament crafted a Butterfly Knife in CS2 and managed to sell it for $11 thousand.

This was revealed in a new video on the club's YouTube channel.

Yatoro got lucky to get a StatTrak, but after the CS2 skin market dropped, it was extremely unexpected that the player could sell it for such a huge sum. The thing is, the price of this skin was 7 times lower, but the player was doubly lucky: not only to craft such a knife, but also to manage to sell it at such a high price.

Also interestingly, in this way Yatoro managed to earn more on CS2 than the prize money he got at FISSURE Playground 2, since the whole team received $45 thousand. Even if this amount is divided only among five, it still comes out to just $9 thousand.
