Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk said he decided to stop drafting because the preparation for picks takes too much time.
He talked about it in a new video on the
Team Spirit YouTube channel.
“I got tired. Drafts themselves were fine. The hardest part is the preparation, it eats too much time. More than three hours every day. BLAST Slam #6 was the hardest, because you prepare for four teams in bo1. Preparing the first and second pick takes around three hours”
Yatoro emphasized that he simply got tired of dealing with drafts. According to him, he had to spend too much time on preparation. From the champion’s words, he carefully analyzed opponents and selected heroes, since preparing for one pick could take around three hours, and sometimes there could be four matches in a single day.
The esports player acted as a drafter during FISSURE Universe Episode 8 and BLAST Slam 6, but now this responsibility returned back to Nikita “panto” Balaganin.
