Y0nd addressed Valve regarding patches for Dota 2

Gleb “Y0nd” Vazhnov called on Valve developers to release patches for Dota 2 more frequently and regularly, as well as to make more changes to the meta as part of updates.

The content creator made this request on Telegram as part of his New Year's message to Gabe Newell.

"Dear Gabe Frost! Please release patches at least once every two months. We don't need cosmetics, +5 movement speed, or -2 armor; give us something substantial. In two months, there will be two or three tournaments — fix and balance the 20-30 heroes that are picked most often. Create a division to combat cheaters and smurfs. Make a reporting system that actually works.

I love your game and want it to thrive!"

Acording to Gleb “Y0nd” Vainov, patches should be released at least once every two months, since even during this period, several tournaments take place on the pro scene. The content creator also called on developers to make more significant changes to the meta than just tweaking the strengths and weaknesses of certain heroes, focusing on the most popular characters. Another change the commentator would like to see in future updates is a revamp of the reporting system.

Earlier, Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov called on developers to remove the aspect mechanic in Dota 2, as it complicates the game too much.
