Witch Doctor win rate increased in patch 7.34

Since the release of patch 7.34 and the change of heroes, the Witch Doctor's win rate has increased by more than 8%.

The reason for this is that his DEATH WARD ultimate ability now deals pure damage and pierces debuff immunity. Additionally, Aghanim's Scepter attacks can now also bounce to creeps (heroes prioritized).
