Wildcard announced the disbandment of their Dota 2 roster, but the players decided to change their tag to Apex Genesis and continue playing together.

This was reported on the club's official page on X (Twitter).

It is worth noting that Wildcard managed to qualify and play in nine tournaments last season and even made it to The International 2025, where they performed quite well despite their underdog status.

The players are now competing under the Apex Genesis tag and will attempt to qualify for BLAST Slam 5 through open qualifiers.
