The organizers of Riyadh Masters 2024 have released a video explaining why Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk, carry of Team Spirit, slapped Jake "SirActionSlacks" Kanner, the host of Riyadh Masters 2024.

The footage shows that during the announcement of the nominees for the "Most Unretired Player of the Year," the names Andreas Franck "Cr1t" Nielsen and 27-year-old Wang "Ame" Chunyu were mentioned.

When Ame's name was announced, Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk stood up from the table, shouted for SirActionSlacks not to say Ame's name, and slapped him. This was a reference to the incident where Will Smith slapped comedian Chris Rock.

It's worth noting that a clip of the powerful slap to the host's face had previously been published, but the context of the incident had not been revealed until now.
