This was reported by insider Bauyrzhan “lilskrip” Bisembaev in his Telegram channel:

“Secret.RAMZES666 will not! He turned down Puppey and will miss the qualifications for Int and Riyadh”

According to lilskrip, RAMZES666 was supposed to play for Team Secret but refused to be part of the lineup. With very little time left before qualifications begin, the cyber athlete will likely miss both of this year's biggest tournaments.
