A well-known esports player gave an honest review of Deadlock from Valve

Ilya "ALOHADANCE" Korobkin, a well-known esports player, stated that Valve's Deadlock might not be for everyone.

"I played Deadlock. You won't understand until you try it yourself. Some people like it, and some don't. For me, it's average, leaning towards not liking it. Many have given their opinions. It's a matter of taste. The game isn't bad in terms of its design. I think a lot of effort went into it"

According to the player, the new project is quite unique, so it might not appeal to everyone. He admitted that the game didn't quite suit his taste. However, ALOHADANCE noted that Valve put a lot of effort into the project, and Deadlock turned out to be a high-quality game.
