Watson recounted receiving a gift from Ame at The International 2023

Alimzhan "Watson" Islambekov recounted how he asked Xtreme Gaming's carry player, Wang "Ame" Chunyu, to pass him an exclusive gift during The International 2023.

The corresponding statement was made by Entity's carry player during a personal broadcast on Twitch.

"I can message him. He knows a little bit of English. So, I messaged him in Chinese with a translator before TI: 'Hey, could you send me your shirt?' He didn't attend TI. He responded in English: 'Okay, I'll pass it through NTS.' And at TI, they passed me his shirt. I'll frame it soon and pray every morning."

Entity, the team of the top European MMR player, failed all closed qualifiers in January, including BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024. Wang "Ame" Chunyu, who participated in the championship with Xtreme Gaming, was eliminated from the tournament along with the team after the first round, despite their successful performance in the group stage of the championship. At The International 2023, Watson's team shared the 9-12th place with TSM, 9 Pandas, and Talon Esports.
