Watson named the worst heroes of patch 7.37 for Dota 2

Alimzhan 'watson' Islambekov does not recommend choosing such heroes as Phantom Lancer, Spectre, Riki and Lifestealer. He also believes that Drow Ranger is not very strong in the current meta, but in some cases it can work.

Cloud9's carry shared a relevant opinion with viewers of a private Twitch broadcast.

"You want to win? Don't take Phantom Lancer, don't take Spectre, don't take Riki, don't take Lifestealer. Drow Ranger? I think in a good draft, Drow Ranger could work. Man, it's the Crimson's meta right now. Drow Ranger, first of all, isn't the strongest laner. Second of all, it's a slow forest hitter. Doesn't put as much pressure on offlane. Offlane buys a simple Crimson by minute 16 and goes to just crush that Drow Ranger. And do what? You just get blown out in 20. Such a meta, so to speak."

The cyber athlete also advises picking Dragon Knight to win, adding that the hero is incredibly powerful thanks to his fire aspect.

Cloud9 signed the entire Entity roster after Riyadh Masters 2024, announcing the organization's return to competitive Dota 2. The team left the tournament with a 9th - 12th place finish, but had one of the best results in the group stage. Under the new tag, the lineup will perform at FISSURE Universe: Episode 3, after which the team will head to The International 2024.
