Alimzhan "watson" Islambekov, the carry player of 
Entity in Dota 2, maintains the top position in the MMR ranking in the American region.Additionally, Islambekov's second account occupies the third spot on the same ladder.
This is evidenced by the data from the official Dota 2 website.
It is hard to believe, but three Americans were only able to secure the 4th, 6th, and 8th places in their native region. This was achieved by Quinn "Quinn" Callahan, Hector "K1" Rodriguez, and Artour "Arteezy" Babaev.
