Vici Gaming unexpectedly returned to professional Dota 2 with a new roster

Chinese esports organization Vici Gaming has signed a new Dota 2 roster featuring Zhang “Paparazi灬” Chengjun and Zeng “Ori” Jiaoyang.

The announcement was made on Weibo.

With the new roster, the esports club will participate in the open stage of the regional qualifiers for The International 2025. It is worth noting that Vici Gaming's previous roster was disbanded more than two years ago, in early May 2023. The new lineup is almost identical to the one that participated in The International 2019, with the exception of the fourth position player. Despite the long hiatus, Vici Gaming became champions of numerous Tier 1 tournaments, earning more than $10 million in prize money.
