Valve may have earned at least $50 million from cases in Counter-Strike 2 in February, and the actual figure could be even higher.
These numbers were published by the CS2 Case Tracker service.
According to the portal’s statistics, the most popular case was Fever Case, which was opened 3.4 million times. Right behind it is Dreams & Nightmares, which was bought and opened 2.9 million times. Closing the top three is Kilowatt Case with 2.8 million openings.

It is worth noting that Valve can continue earning profit even from skins and cases that were already sold. The reason is that Valve takes a commission from every transaction on the Steam Market, so when a player trades a skin or a case, the developers still receive revenue, which means the final sum could be much more higher.
