Valve unexpectedly nerfed Kez in the new Dota 2 update

Valve released a Dota 2 update that not only fixes several bugs but also nerfs Kez, the new hero.
The full list of changes was shared on the Telegram channel Dota Stepana.
Kez Changes in the New Update:
Kazurai Katana: Damage per second reduced from 7/8/9/10% to 6/7/8/9%.
Falcon Rush: Base katana attack speed increased from 1.3/1.2/1.1/1.0 to 1.4/1.3/1.2/1.1.
Falcon Rush: Duration reduced from 7 to 3/4/5/6.
Raptor Dance: Cooldown increased from 40/32/24 to 40/35/30.
Raven’s Veil: Cooldown increased from 40/32/24 to 40/35/30.
Grappling Claw: Fixed a bug where the chain would not break when attached to a target out of range.
Shodo Sai: Fixed some interactions with marks that dealt more damage than intended.
Grappling Claw: Fixed ignoring evasion.
Echo Slash: Fixed ignoring evasion.
Echo Slash: Fixed killing couriers.
Echo Slash: Fixed a bug that allowed Kez to avoid ties and movement-blocking abilities (such as Disruptor’s Kinetic Field).
Additionally, the game developers fixed several bugs related to Act 4 of Crownfall, adding shadowing to the Dire Crownfall tower. The scoring system for the Sapper Splin mode was also adjusted. Furthermore, Valve fixed an issue with unlocking styles on Primal Prowl for
Juggernaut, along with other minor bugs.
It’s worth noting that Valve previously buffed Kez, which significantly impacted his win rate in Dota 2 matchmaking.
