Valve suddenly brought back CS:GO to Steam

A separate page for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has unexpectedly appeared on Steam, even though it was previously replaced by CS2.

Despite the note on the page saying that at the request of the publisher the product is no longer shown in Steam and search results, the game can still be added to the library and even launched without any problems.

It is worth noting that the game already has more than 4 thousand reviews, and the online has managed to surpass the mark of 20 thousand players. Many were surprised by such a move from Valve, but some analysts pointed out that there is nothing technically difficult in this operation.

It is reported that it was possible to play CS:GO earlier as well, but for that you needed to make several settings changes in the CS2 folder. Now this version of the game can be launched without any technical adjustments, simply by installing it.
