Valve decided to remove the
Trusty Shovel item from Dota 2, which was extremely popular amongst sapports, which happened in patch 7.39.
This is reported on the official Dota 2 website.
Previously, it was a very popular neutral 1 item that dropped from creeps. It was often used to help your teammates fill a bottle with rune water. On Reddit, people immediately started complaining that they did not understand the developers' decision and believed that such a move would significantly hit sappports and some team strategies.
In addition,
Pig Pole and Orb of Destruction were also removed from Dota 2, which was part of the balance adjustments in the new gameplay update.
Earlier, Valve gave a pleasant surprise to Dota 2 players in patch 7.39.
