On September 11, Valve released the 7.30c update for Dota 2, which changed items and rebalanced all heroes.
The first part of 7.30c patch with items and heroes changes.
HERO UPDATES
LYCAN
- FERAL IMPULSE: Bonus Damage reduced from 12/24/36/48% to 11/22/33/44%
- FERAL IMPULSE: Bonus Health Regeneration reduced from 2/4/6/8 to 1/3/5/7
- Level 10 Talent +15 Summon Wolves Damage reduced to +13
- Level 10 Talent +8 Feral Impulse HP regen increased to +10
- Level 15 Talent -20s Shapeshift Cooldown reduced to -15
- Level 20 Talent +30% Feral Impulse Damage reduced to +25%
MIRANA
- Level 15 Talent +75 Leap Attack Speed increased to +80
- Level 20 Talent -25s Moonlight Shadow Cooldown reduced to -20
