Following patch 7.38, Dota 2’s Valve has pushed an urgent update that is aimed at fixing a myriad of bugs pro players had flagged in
Dazzle and
Anti-Mage.
Dazzle no longer has the ability to reset Midas’ cooldown and stock up to 20 charges.
This was reported by analyst Mark "sikle" Lerman in his Telegram channel.
Moreover, the developers fixed a bug with
Morphling that allowed him to take the form of
Invoker, change back to himself, and then switch back into Invoker, which would cause a crash. He was also able to use the
Chaos Knight ultimate for some reason.
Now, the game has undergone the patching process to remove another bug concerning
Anti-Mage and
Lotus Orb which gave the hero an unending stat boost for the rest of the game. This bug was so prominent that players called out the organizers of DreamLeague Season 25 to ban the use of it.
Additionally, the update has dealt with
Crystal Maiden,
Slardar,
Io,
Templar Assassin, and
Spectre. Another critical typhonic cloak bug was dealt with too where now, if two heroes tried to debuff each other while attacking, the game wouldn’t crash.
Earlier, Alexander “Nix” Levin had surprisingly lashed out at Valve and Dota 2’s patch 7.38.
