Valve released a major update for CS2 with significant changes

Valve has released a major patch for Counter-Strike, adding a lot of new content to the game. The update includes new maps, collections of charms and stickers, and fixes for various bugs and issues.

This information was announced on the game's Steam page.

Full list of changes:

• Added the Missing Link charm collection, featuring 23 new charms created by community artists.

• Added the Dr. Boom charm collection, including 22 new charms.

• Added the Community Stickers 2025 collection, featuring 29 new stickers created by community artists.

• Added the Sugarface 2 sticker collection, including nine new stickers.

• Removed Gallery Case, Graphic Collection, and Character Craft from the Arsenal.

• Kill counter now increases when players die from a C4 explosion.

• Kill streak bonus with Zeus-x27 in Deathmatch is now limited.

• Fixed incorrect pixel offset for sniper scopes wider than one pixel.

• Sniper scopes now display inaccuracy.

• Charms will slightly bounce when the player makes audible footstep sounds.

• Added support for new spectator camera transitions on some maps, following the shortest path to the next player.

• Observed player’s gear will automatically close at the end of the match.

• Observed player’s gear now displays glove wear and pattern.

• Community maps Jura, Grail, Dogtown, and Brewery removed from all game modes.

• Community maps Palacio and Golden added to Competitive, Casual, and Deathmatch modes.

• Community maps Rooftop and Transit added to the Wingman mode.

• Minor adjustments to MAC-10 and R8 revolver skins.

• Fixed an issue where bullet hit effects were missing.
