Valve secretly nerfed Weaver in Dota 2.

In patch 7.34c, developers significantly reduced the duration of the Shukuchi debuff applied by Weaver's Aghanim's Shard from 12 to 4.6 seconds. Surprisingly, this change was not mentioned in the patch notes. 

Mark "sikle" Lerman, an analyst for Team Spirit from Eastern Europe, noticed this and mentioned it on Telegram.

Currently, it's unclear whether Valve made this change by mistake or simply forgot to include it in the patch notes.
