Valve may be preparing to release patch 7.39e, as indicated by activity on the Dota 2 test servers.
Dataminers have noted that the test servers have been updated by three versions. Considering previous updates, this means that patch 7.39e will not appear in the coming days, but can be expected by the end of next week.

Most likely, patch 7.39e will be released on October 2 or 3. It is also worth assuming that this will be a letter patch, as Valve usually releases global updates 2-3 months after the end of The International.
It can be assumed that the update will focus on gameplay and should change the current meta, and possibly significantly nerf
Helm Of The Dominator, which players have been asking developers to do for a long time.
