Valve may add a new feature for skins in CS2

Valve may introduce a third-person weapon inspection feature in CS2 in the next major game update.

Hints about this were found by dataminer Maksim “Gabe Follower” Poletaev, who published a screenshot on his Telegram channel.

“Apparently CS 2 developers will add third-person weapon inspection animations in a future AnimGraph2 update”

In the comments some users did not understand why such a feature is needed at all. Others pointed out that this way players will be able to hear sounds and better balance their buy, knowing whether enemies can hear them or not.

However Valve have not yet made any official statements about plans for such a feature, although similar mechanics already exist in other shooters.

Earlier, Valve pleased players with a small CS2 update.
