Valve has significantly nerfed Ringmaster in Patch 7.37c

Ringmaster received a number of significant nerfs in patch 7.37c, which will likely lead to its drop from the current Dota 2 meta.

This is reflected in the changes published on the official Dota 2 website.

Valve decided not only to reduce the hero's movement speed but also nerfed its abilities. The effect of Strongman Tonic is now less potent, and Wheel of Wonder is no longer an overpowered crowd control tool. However, developers slightly buffed the new ability Spotlight, which Ringmaster gains from Aghanim's.

Although the hero lost about 2% winrate following the patch, it still maintains strong positions as a support and continues to perform well in the offlane role.
