Valve has removed the mention of the Arcanas for Skywrath Mage and Vengeful Spirit from the Dota 2 game files

In a recent update to Dota 2 game files, there was no mention of the new Arkana’s for Vengeful Spirit and Skywrath Mage. The release date for these new rare items is unknown.However, a dataminer speculated that the Arkanas will be released alongside the new hero Ringmaster, which was announced at The International 2023.

The dataminer was able to find these files after the release of patch 7.35. In this update, Valve added numerous new items, removed old ones, strengthened Roshan and Tormentor. The patch turned out to be extensive, and you can read the details about it in our article.
