Valve gave Rostislav_999 another ban: what happened

Famous Dota 2 streamer and player Rostislav "Rostislav_999" Protasenya is getting banned from accounts almost every day. According to the streamer, he reached out to Valve and was able to arrange for his account not to be banned. However, after playing just two games on a new account, Rostislav was banned again.

This ban was discussed during a live broadcast on Twitch.

It turns out that while Valve provided their approval to the streamer, they didn't put in any effort to prevent Rostislav from being banned by the system.
