Valve allowed players from Germany to see which skin will drop from a CS2 case

Valve will introduce an X-Ray scanner for players in Germany in CS2, which will allow them to see in advance which skin will drop from a case, after that the player can decide if they want to buy the key to open it or just refuse.

Most likely this decision is connected with local legislation. A similar system is already used in France, while in the Netherlands and Belgium the case opening mechanic is completely banned by regulators.

At the same time, players will be able to scan only one case at a time. To check the next one, they first need to open the case that was viewed with the X-Ray. Also the case received in this way cannot be sold.
